Nice to have at your fingertips...

Downloaded app and tried to register and get everything filled out and just keeps telling me "Sorry looks like something is wrong"....yes there is something wrong, according to all the reviews and my personal experience your app DOESNT work!!

Cant even login to my account, it just suggests calling tech support. Why would you guys release an app where the most basic function of logging in doesnt even work? Ridiculous.

You cant log into this app and when I called to find out what the problem was for she told me the login after two hours but when I really pressed her she said theyre updating the app. Judging from the number of people who have given this one star and said they could never login its obvious that anthem really doesnt care whether we use their app or not. Dont bother.

I have verified I have correct log in info multiple times. The app just doesnt allow you to log in. Pretty useless.

The app let me register fine and worked that day. However the next day when I tried to pull up my information at the doctors office it wouldnt open. It was embarrassing for me and unprofessional of the app developers to not fix this problem.

No way pull up my ID fix it the UI is a joke. Wonder if the healthcare is similar oops why yes it is.

Neither provides access to my history of visits, nor medical records.

1. Please optimize for iPhone 6 and 6 plus. Its over 10 months since launch. 2. Log in fails on occasion and is unpredictable. 3. Retrieving cards no longer works but displays an error message.

Ive been happy with how the app is evolving

The layout and usability of the app seems nice, but the ID card feature isnt working, I just see an error. Unfortunately, thats the main reason I chose to download this app. :( Also, please update the app to take advantage of larger iPhone screen sizes. The blurry interface is a bit of an eye sore.

Like the app as it is very useful to track claims. PLEASE FIX THE ID CARD FEATURE ASAP. Thanks

Got the app for the ID card feature...and it doesnt even work

Works well but should have the option to send the ID to Passbook. When Im at the doctors it takes way too long to log into the phone and then have to log into the app, open the ID, then show it full screen so that the receptionist can read it.

Not easy to use. Resets search parameters. Ive had enough. Use the website.

Can I get access to my policy please?!? Claims is great but without access to the policy to figure out what I should be covered for I just need to go to my computer... Why the app?

This app stinks! Nothing loads and there are always errors no matter what I click on. Use the full website instead.

I can find doctors. But how can I find providers? I want to look for optometry store, there are no such function, only give me some doctors name.

Was a great app until the recent upgrade. Now it will not recognize my password or my username. It keeps telling me my password has been reset said and I did not reset it. Do not understand why it is doing this and wish she would go back to the old one.
