Anthem BC Anywhere App Reviews

I just want the ID card feature that is advertised so heavily - that alone would get the app 3 stars. However, whenever I try to access my ID card, I have yet to get anything but a message of "Sorry, an error occurred getting your ID cards." Worthless to me.

When emailing Dr. It would be nice to be able to pull from my contacts.

What good is an app to access my insurance information if it doesnt actually allow me to access any of that information?

ID card feature does not work among other missing features. Hoping updates cure problems

This app is horrible. None of the features work properly.

Just received this by email and have not had a chance to apply it. I do think it will be helpful for me in the future.

The best thing about this app for me is I no longer have to carry my insurance card. The reason I gave it 4 stars other than 5 is I just spent almost an hour trying to call the Insurance network. I finally called Anthem Blue Cross and asked them about the number as I had been getting a busy signal for an hour. They gave me the new number and I got right thru. I then downloaded this app and registered it so Id have all of my info at my fingertips. I looked at the info on my downloaded card and it shows the same wrong number.

The primary reason for using an app like this is to replace physical ID cards. But, the ID card feature in the app has not worked for months.

Every search via this app provides no results for specific doctors. There is no 1Password app integration. This app needs serious improvement. One would think that an insurance company raking in Millions or Billions could afford a decent database and app development for an app for their customers. Come on Anthem. Pony up, pay for a good software developer, and develop this app to its full potential. Right now it is a joke!

I like being able to access my information on my phone. Its a well designed app

The one thing I want with this app are Online ID cards and I cant get them.

None of the searches work. The main purpose is to be able to find a Doctor that is approved under your insurance and it always yields "No Results" I pay a lot of money every month to have Anthem and they cannot even come out with an app that works properly so that I dont have to call and take up phone rep time and money. Disappointing.

I only downloaded the app because the website wouldnt allow me to register. So imagine my frustration when neither does the app. On the first step of registration i entered all my info, but then once I hit "next" a pop up appears and states "info" with an "ok" button below.

Everything I need is here. Love the fingerprint scan login!

I got this app so I would have access to all my information including my ID card. Except after three tries I keep getting error messages for my ID card. And the other options dont work well either trying to find claims information etc. not surprised coming from Anthem.

So far all of the bells & whistles work. The app is performing as designed. And this is just my opinion. If I find that its not giving appropriate service it will be re-evaluated.
