Literally after 2 &1/2 seconds of logging in for the first time the system asked me to review the app. I really dont know if its a good or bad app if Ive only used it for 2 & 1/2 seconds. Except I find this annoying since havent had a chance to use it yet, so only star.. Maybe you can have your IT guy reprogram the code/algorithms to give someone a chance to use it for a while and then asked them how they liked it?

The app is constantly asking for a review which is very annoying. After every search you get a prompt asking for a review.

Like everybody else said, why spam people immediately for a survey? Correct me if Im wrong but what good is an app if you cant pay your bill through it ?

Literally cannot use the "find a doctor" tool at all - not on their website and not on the app. It asks for a location, Ive tried entering my zip and city, and I can tell a drop down tries to appear but then goes away... So I cant select anything, and when I click submit the site tells me it cant find my location. It gives me no other possible way to search for a doctor. Surprising how buggy this app is for a company this size!

Prior version was very easy to use. New version is hard to use and hides information.

Thank u for adding this feature to the app. So easy to use. I never remember my passwords. Love it at Amazon shopping. I wish my bank app would do this.

Nothing works in this version... I hadnt use it in so long. I agree with the previous review bring back the old version it was very useful.

Its okay. Why cant I use my fingerprint anymore? The fingerprint setting is turned on. When I try to turn the setting off and on to reset it, it makes me reset my password and enter all of my security questions after entering in my current password. You shouldnt make all of the fields on the login screen mandatory. Also, when searching through doctors and drilling down into the doctors information, the "back" button at the top of the screen goes away. I have to pull down and tap like crazy at the same time to go back because it just springs back. Fix it! You guys make obscene profits and should be able to not mess up an app that worked a few weeks ago. Control your quality before releasing your products to consumers.

Cant retrieve claims or EOBs. All you get is: "Sorry, looks like something isnt working. Please give us some time to fix it." Seriously?

It takes forever to log-in and theres no bill pay option. This app is getting worse with every update. It just looks prettier but definitely the slowest app Ive ever used in iOS.

ID card is the only one that works. Map view doesnt work, costs are not accurate, couldnt even update email address or sign up for paperless. Claims are no where to be found.

Need to make this hold more info...when the doctor asks "does your plan cover this?"and I waste 10 minutes navigating thinking there MUST be a question/ answer link or a link that lists what your plan covers...only to come up with no answers....

Every time I click on the section to view my claims, it either shows up blank or tells me theres an error and to try again later.

Expect to see "Oops, something went wrong!" every time you try to view your claims. The only thing this app is good for is the digital copy of your insurance card if you happen to need it.

All the problems with this app can be best summarized by one of the most silly issues, the fact that while youre rushing to find urgent care the app constantly harass you to rate it, turn on location services, etc, thus preventing you from actually getting the info you need.

Its just an app version of the mobile website. Terrible user interface. Doesnt remember your password and lacks Touch ID. About the only thing its good for is viewing your insurance card. Doesnt customize things based on your plan even though youre logged in.

Terrible app...totally useless!!!!!! Wish I could give 1/2 star its that bad!!!

I should admit I havent actually been able to login into the app yet, so I dont know much about it. I get the "oops"error page every time I try to login instructing to call a number to unlock my login. Yet I can easily login to the website on my mac and on the web browser Safari on my phone! I just cant login into the app, even calling to have it unlocked, still no luck. Save your time and dont worry using this piece of junk app.

I love it! Easy navigation!extremely helpful!
