The app is useful but it needs some tweaking. When searching for a doctor it resets your search parameters. The ability to view your member card is very useful.

The app name "ABC" is really confusing. I search the apps by their name most of time. Your app can only be found using keyword "ABC" which is the app name. Its really confusing. Please use a proper name. I like the app. A integrates the finger print Touch ID, very handy! I give it four star, because of the confusing app name.

Im not happy with this application at all. It feels like a slow website. Button presses take forever. Im surprised Apple approved it as it doesnt feel very smooth.

Thank u for adding this feature to the app. So easy to use. I never remember my passwords. Love it at Amazon shopping. I wish my bank app would do this.

If you just need basics this app works well.

Basic functions such as showing your membership card simply dont work. Amateurish design and development, a ported web app. Why would a company with such great resources skimp so badly on what could be a useful tool?

Great app

I absolutely love how this app contains your insurance card both front and back so that you no longer have to worry about carrying it with you. It has an option to enlarge the card so it is more readable if you turn the phone into landscape orientation. Everything I need to know about finding a doctor, finding a specialist, or even checking to see if I have met my annual deductible-its all here and its awesome! I have not found any bugs in it yet but I do see that other people have. If I find a bug I will report back here.

I find the app to be just as clumpy and difficult to get information from as it is from Anthem Blue Cross themselves. Crashes far more than it should and can NOT get something as basic as my membership card to display. Not at all intuitive as you would hope it to be.

Good luck actually getting this app to work. It will randomly tell you that your password doesnt work or that it has changed, even when it hasnt. Plenty of other bugs, but this one is a gigantic deal-breaker.

No help or information when trying to locate a doctor in my area. All fields were filled in except for the optional name section.

Unreliable app; one try I dont receive any doctors as I requested. Try it again and I get results. Scroll to the second screen for more results and the app freaks out. Just as buggy as the website.

Server time out error via app but can long in via browser.

If you do not have a specific exact provider name, then bad luck with this app! Search cannot suggest any providers if you are trying to find a nearby participating in-network provide. It assumes you know what you are looking for before you tap on the provider search! Nice features like the cost estimator does not work due to the reason above.

Searches for any providers from an iPhone 6 Plus do not work!!!!!

I have never been able to log into this app. Says no contracts available. I only keep it in the off chance I would be able to use it.

iOS version is useless. Find Doctor option never ever worked.

I tried search for Doctor for My city Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 and no results are found. I clicked the Urgent Care icon and the results showed offices that do not accept Anthem Blue Cross HMO. So I change the filter for only my plan and nothing shows in the results. This app is only good for displaying your medical card.

There is no link to view your benefits! Frustrating!! Especially after I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone speaking to two people about my benefits and they told me to log on. Ugh!!!!
